Gift Certificates are final sale. Except as expressly defined herein, or as required by law, all sales are final and there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges permitted
If your Gift Card order is incorrect, the purchaser must notify Caribbean Shrimp Company Limited and Caribbean Shrimp Restaurant & Bar within 7 days and, provided the balance on the Gift Card has not been spent and has not changed from the original amount, we will use our best commercially reasonable efforts to correct the error.
If Caribbean Shrimp Company Limited and Caribbean Shrimp Restaurant & Bar is not notified of any error within 7 days of the date of electronic transmission or shipment of the Gift Card, the Gift Card will be deemed to be satisfactory.
By purchasing a Gift Card from Caribbean Shrimp Restaurant & Bar, the Recipient acquires the right to redeem the Gift Card issued by the Merchant, and to use the Gift Card subject to the Terms and by the Merchant's terms and conditions.
Gift Certificates can be redeemed at Caribbean Shrimp Restaurant, Bar & Pool for food, beverage, admission, tours and retail purchases during posted business operating hours at posted rates.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
No change is given on a gift certificate.
Once used the gift certificate becomes null and void.
The Gift Certificate will be verified at the time it is presented at the business establishment to ensure no prior copy of this certificate has been presented.
All risk of loss and title for the Gift Card will pass to the Recipient upon electronic transmission or physical shipment, as applicable of the Gift Card to such Recipient.
Caribbean Shrimp Company Limited and Caribbean Shrimp Restaurant & Bar is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
Caribbean Shrimp Company Limited and Caribbean Shrimp Restaurant & Bar is not responsible if any Gift Card that is rendered unsuitable for redemption through no fault of Caribbean Shrimp Company Limited and Caribbean Shrimp Restaurant & Bar.
