Onsite Farm Activities include:​

• Organic Shrimp Farm Tours & Shrimp Tasting – $45 USD /person. Join the owner of Belize’s only organic shrimp farm and learn all about organic shrimp production! See up close why our shrimp is so delicious! This tour explores what makes the Caribbean Shrimp Company unique in Latin America. Enjoy a pond walk and try your luck at catching shrimp then head up to our open air upper deck restaurant and enjoy fresh shrimp cooked 4-different ways served with a fresh fruit juice. All tour packages include access to our salt water swimming pool & waterslide, climbing Hook's 5-storey Tower, exploring our nature trail & farm at your leisure. Kids under 12 are 1/2 price. Toddlers 2 years and under are free.

 

• Mangrove Maiden Solar Boat Tour – $40 USD/person​ Enjoy Belize’s only mangrove lagoon boat tour offered in one of the top birding destinations in Belize! This one hour leisurely solar-powered tour showcases local birds, reptiles while traveling through a unique mature mangrove forest. If you are lucky, our resident manatee family will pop up and say "Hi"!  All tour packages include access to our salt water swimming pool & waterslide, climbing Hook's 5-storey Tower, exploring our nature trail & farm at your leisure. Kids under 12 are 1/2 price. Toddlers 2 years and under are free.

 

• Captain Hook’s Shrimp Restaurant & Bar — The BEST SEAFOOD Restaurant in Belize! Captain Hook’s Shrimp Restaurant and Bar offers a menu of unique,  traditional and non-traditional dishes for the seafood lover in you, while still catering to those who prefer a non-seafood meal. Full menu service is available on the upper deck open air restaurant or poolside. Ceviche -- a local delicacy-- is our specialty! Come try some today!

  

• Lighthouse Bay Pool & Waterslide – Cool off in our salt-water pool or try the gut-wrenching TORNADO TWISTER Waterslide, all while enjoying a cool beverage and scenic views of the farm and surrounding mangrove forest. $12.50 USD/person, Children under 12  $10.00 USD/person and infants under 2 years old are free.  Slide on into the 40-ft salt water pool and relax at the heart of our farm! Kid’s spray park included for those who decide to bring along family. 

 

• Caribbean County Club & Range $85 BZE/Person (Must hold a valid Belize Gun License). The Shooting Range offers a wide range of fire arm practice and training services, from Fire Arms Certification, Self Defense and Corporate Security Training to general target practice and marksmanship skills. This range is licensed by the Commissioner of Police and all rules, regulations and documentation pertaining to this license and the laws of Belize are adhered to at this range. By reservation only.

 

• Maya Nature Trail – Free with Restaurant/Pool/Tour visit​. ​ Explore a trail through the mangrove with mature jungle foliage, bird and animals, exposed Mayan pottery shards and a partially excavated Mayan mounds. Explore at your pace, take nothing but photo’s, leave only footprints.

 

• Bird Watching (check out our eBird.org Hotspot stats!) – $5 USD or Free with Restaurant/Pool/Tour visit​. From roseate spoonbills to bare-throated tiger herons and laughing falcons, Caribbean Shrimp Company is one of the top spots for unique shore bird sightings in Belize. Many can even be spotted from the comfort of the restaurant patio! Visitors are welcome to explore the farm and seek out unique photo opportunities.

 

• Climb Hook’s 5-storey tower for a birds-eye view of the farm – Free with Restaurant/Pool/Tour visit​. See the farm from 5-storey’s up!  Climb Hook’s tower and take in the amazing views!

 

• RV Campers Welcome! – $35/USD per night.​ RV Campers enjoy overnighting on the farm! Your stay includes the following amenities:

  • Swimming Pool with water slide and kiddie pool
  • Outdoor Cold-water Showers
  • Washrooms
  • Access to Electricity

Note: Pool is swim at your own risk and children must be accompanied by an adult. If you can't swim, then you can't slide without a life jacket.

Check-in time starts at 2 pm daily with check-out at 11 am the following day.

In addition to the nightly fee, a $50/USD ($100 BZE) damage deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out as long as no damage, dumping or littering is reported.
